Shipping Schedule
Water Dogs ship Monday–Wednesday each week, excluding federal holidays. If schedules change due to holidays or severe weather, affected customers are notified directly and promptly.
Shipping Method
Exclusively FedEx Overnight / UPS Next Day Air. We do not offer slower or lower-cost alternatives — the well-being of our Water Dogs is non-negotiable.
Flat $49 Shipping
One flat rate covers any order shipped within the contiguous United States, regardless of order size or destination.
Pre-Shipment Confirmation
We contact you to confirm your availability to receive the delivery before preparing your shipment. Tracking is provided as soon as the label is generated.
Specialized Packaging
Temperature-controlled, oxygen-supplied containers designed specifically for live aquatic animals.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and scheduled for the next available Monday–Wednesday shipping window.
